Friendly staff.
I was treated very well and told what was most likely to happen. I was provided with the night medicine and I think nothing would need improving.
Angela, the nurse was great - efficient friendly and calm.
The reception staff were lovely. The physical environment was appalling.
Angela wanted to check mum's temperature no thermometer.
ECG machine didn't work puring with pain - had to wheel mum in wheelchair from A and E to X-ray and back.
My husband has received outstanding care by Dr Taiwo. His patience in explaining the possible issue with my husband's ill health, was outstanding. Such a kind and caring, plus very knowledgeable, doctor. He's a credit to St Peter's hospital. Lucy Spain was so kind, and explained how my husband medication should be dispensed. Well done St Peters hospital.
Efficient and didn't feel rushed when saw doctor.
A long wait as I was in pain.
It was quick and efficient.
Bad attitude/manner from the nurse at the first reception (18/6 pm). Very pleasant lady at the next check-in.
Two receptionists wasting time before end of shift so a queue had formed at reception (wasting time in general only 4 staff during night). Patients could spend less time at hospital if could book online appointment to avoid congested waiting areas. Television can be installed to allow patients to wait in peace. More trees could help improve appearance or hospital grounds.
